Donquixote family same as Celestial Dragons?

This chapter looked like a set up chapter, to be honest. So there wasn't much going on in this. It showed a few different things but overall there isn't much that can be said about this. 

There are a few things that stood out for me. So far all the revealed Devil Fruits that the dwarves have eaten are Zoan types. This chapter showed 2 of them, the Bug Bug fruit: "Rhinoceros beetle" and the "Bee". The fact that Caeser can only produce Zoan type fruit hints that Doflamingo used the dwarves as test subjects for the artificial Devil Fruits which makes sense as they have been slaved by the Donquixote family. 

Another thing that caught my eye was that the dwarves have been slaved for 900 years by the Donquixote family. Which means that they were there before the Lost Kingdom, which was 800 years ago. And if they were slaved by the Donquixote family back then as well then it shows that the Donquixote were alive when the World Government was formed and when they defeated the unnamed Kingdom. However, it also shows that the Donquixote family were alive as well which means they must have either helped the World Government to do defeat the Lost Kingdom or that they were and are a part of the Lost Kingdom. This makes a lot of sense to me as Doflamingo fooled the whole world about him quitting the Schichibukai and quitting being the King of Dressrosa. If I remember correctly, Law said that only a Celestial Dragon has the power to do that. So Doflamingo, being the head of the Donquixote family, has the same power as a Celestial Dragon since his family helped the World Government. 

Also, we find out that Nami and others have been turned in to Art by Jola's powers. She has eaten the Art Art fruit which turns anything into Art. We also find that Law was finally able to cal Nami and tell them something which we don't know yet but I suspect it has something to do with Caeser. The Strawhats are finally coming together again and now we will see the final battle. 

I gave this chapter 3.5/5 because there wasn't much that I liked. Like I said at the start this was a set-up chapter so I didn't expect it to be better but I think the next chapter will be really good.
